Are you an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse with a passion for leadership and patient care? We are recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking, multi-site veterinary practice in Cambridgeshire that is looking for a talented Clinical Nursing Manager to join their team and lead their exceptional nursing staff.

About the Role

As a Clinical Nursing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in both clinical and leadership capacities. You’ll work alongside the Group Nursing Manager and another CNM to oversee and inspire a team of RVNs, SVNs, and PCAs, ensuring the nursing function is strong across all sites. This role offers a blend of hands-on clinical duties and dedicated non-clinical time, allowing you to:

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing staff.
  • Implement and maintain best practices to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Actively contribute to the senior leadership team and practice growth.
  • Manage a team of Lead Nurses and support their development.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has proven line management experience, and is looking to make a significant impact within a progressive and supportive setting.

Working Pattern

  • Full-time position: 40 hours per week, over 4 or 5 days.
  • Weekends are worked on a rota, with time off in lieu provided the following week.

Salary

Starting at £34,000, depending on experience, with the potential to progress within the role.
