Role:
Ideal for a confident vet with a passion for mentorship and leadership. Drive ongoing improvements, lead clinical audits, and manage vet meetings with support from your Regional Director.
Work-Life Balance: Full-time position with 40 hours per week over 4 days, plus 1:5 Saturday mornings (8:30-12:30). No on-call duties, but emergency out-of-hours work is available if desired.
Salary:
Circa £75,000, dependent on experience
