Our client who we are thrilled to be working with have exciting opportunity that has arisen for a Small Animal Clinical Director to lead their dedicated team, an RCVS-accredited clinic with ISFM Silver accreditation that has been providing exceptional care to the animals of Cornwall since the 1870s.
Role:
As the Clinical Director, you’ll manage a varied caseload, working closely with 3 other vets, and have the opportunity to shape the practice. They actively support CPD, and certificates are encouraged.
Working Hours:
4-day work week plus 1:4 Saturday mornings
No OOH

Their team consists of 4 vets, 5 RVNs, 2 SVNs, and their fantastic reception staff. They pride themselves on their forward-thinking approach, with clients eager for proactive, thorough treatments and in-depth workups. Their highly skilled nurses, some with surgical diplomas, are integral to their operations, and they encourage full utilization of their abilities.
Salary:
Up to £75,000
