Our client who we are pleased to be working with is on the look out for a Clinical Director to join their team.
About the Practice:
Located in Virginia Water, Surrey, we are a friendly small animal practice with excellent transport links to London and beautiful local woodland. Their clinic is well-equipped with digital X-rays, operating facilities, capnograph, BP monitor, ECG, ultrasound, digital dental X-ray, and a lab with a microscope.
You will lead a dedicated team comprising 1 Vet, 2 visiting Vet Surgeons (dental and keyhole), 2 RVNs, 1 ANA, 1 Receptionist, and a Practice Manager. They encourage and support development and welcome your ideas for continual improvement.
Role:
This role involves leading the practice, ensuring exceptional care and service for our patients and clients, and enhancing both the sustainable profitability of the practice and staff motivation, all while upholding their core values.
Flexible Work Schedule:
This full-time position requires 40 hours per week, including a mix of early and late shifts, and 1:4 Saturday mornings (8:30 am - 12:30 pm). They offer flexibility with working days and hours and there are no out-of-hours duties.
Salary:
Up to £75,000 DOE
