About the practice:
They are a team of 7 vets with a range of experience and varied interests working in a purpose built, RCVS accredited SA practice in Co. Durham supported by an enthusiastic team all working together to make life better for our patients and their families. If you enjoy the great outdoors, they can offer not only the beautiful beaches of the Northumberland coastline, but the North Pennines are on our doorstep and the Lake District is reached in just over 1 hour by car too. The historic cities of Durham and Newcastle are sure to captivate you too.
Well-equipped In-house Lab, digital x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, laparoscopy

VDS & RCVS fees paid
CPD actively supported and funded
They have one vet currently with Cert AVP and 1 other working towards it. Individual areas of interest are actively encouraged and supported. Several staff have already completed VetGDP Advisor training and they have a long-standing culture of support and mentoring for new graduates.
Working pattern:
Full or part time with salary based on experience
4-day week and a share of Saturdays 9-3pm
Share of evening on-call and inpatient care with support from other vets and their OOH provider
Weeknight on call to 9pm and inpatient responsibility Nursing staff on site for OOH inpatient care
