Our client who we are pleased to be working with are currently seeking an ambitious veterinary surgeon to join their dedicated team of professionals.
About them:
As a member of their team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a group of highly skilled and specialized veterinarians. Their team includes advanced practitioners, in areas such as orthopaedics, neurology, internal medicine, imaging, cardiology, dermatology and ophthalmology. Further, they have colleagues with special interest in pain management and acupuncture.
Offering the latest advancements in veterinary medicine, their practice is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities including a high-end ultrasound, CT scanner and facilities for fluoroscopy and endoscopy.
The role:
This is a fast-paced practice and due to the nature of the role, they are looking for a driven small animal vet with broad GP skills, exceptional communication skills and someone who will thrive from learning from the varied case load seen whilst providing the highest level of veterinary care. Your role will be varied, including hospital work, consultations, and surgery.
Candidates should therefore have a minimum of 1-2 years prior experience as a veterinary surgeon. They are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent care, have strong communication skills, and are committed to continuous professional development.
Working pattern:
The role is full time only with a 1-hour lunch break and hours worked over 4 days, with out of hours provision and weekends shared evenly across the team.
Benefits packaging:
A salary between £50,000 - £55,000 commensurate with experience, they also offer a generous relocation allowance to help make the transition as smooth as possible and sponsorship opportunities for the right candidate, allowing you to further develop your career and pursue additional qualifications.
