Salary: Up to £70,000 pro rata depending on experience, relocation allowance of up to £5000, welcome bonus of up to £5000 (pro rata for part-time), plus sponsorship for international candidates

Key Details:
· Passion for coaching and developing less experienced team members
· Mentorship role, supervising and evaluating student progress
· Clinical role split: 70% Practicing Vet, 30% Clinical Coach
· Support for Vet GDP certification
· Balanced caseload split between medicine and surgery
· Flexible rota patterns tailored to individual needs
· 40 hours per week over four days
· 1 in 4 Saturdays with time back in lieu
· No out-of-hours or on-call requirements
