Lloyd & Cowan is a Specialist Veterinary Recruitment Consultancy, and we are working closely with a purpose-built veterinary practice in Woking, who are seeking to appoint an experienced Veterinary Surgeon.

The Role

  • Seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join amazing team. The role will involve a mix of consulting and surgery. Require an experienced, confident, enthusiastic vet, ideally with previous sole charge experience and the ability to fully work up a full range of medical and surgical cases.

  • This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to enjoy a superb work/life balance with a 4-day week, no out of hours, 2:6 weekends. Saturday shifts are from 8:00am-4:00pm and 9.00am to 12.00pm We would consider part-time and flexible working.

  • Offer excellent progression opportunities, offering you the opportunity to support the CD and be involved with the financial aspect of the business, as well with the ongoing development of the team and practice. There may also be the opportunity for the right candidate to progress to Clinical Director Level in the future.

Salary

  • Salary for the role is up to £75,000 per annum depending on experience.

The practice maintains state of the art clinical equipment such dental radiography, Virtual Veterinary equipment (VVS) ultrasound scanners, anaesthetic multiparameter and patient warming equipment.
