Led by an experienced Branch Partner and supported by a dedicated nursing team, the practice goes beyond veterinary care, actively engaging with the community.

The clinic is equipped with:

  • Two modern consult rooms
  • Full laboratory facilities, including biochemistry
  • Surgical theatre
  • Dental x-ray and dental machine
  • Ultrasound

The Role

This position is ideal for a veterinary surgeon looking to learn from an experienced leader while building your own rapport with clients and their pets. The balanced caseload of consultations and surgeries ensures variety and growth opportunities in your role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering exceptional clinical care in consultations and surgical procedures.
  • Providing clear, compassionate communication with clients about patient updates and care plans.
  • Preparing tailored, accurate treatment plans with clear cost estimates.
  • Mentoring and supporting team members to develop their skills.
  • Completing clinical handovers and coordinating out-of-hours or advanced care when needed.
  • Sharing and implementing clinical best practices within the wider veterinary community.

What We’re Looking For

  • RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with a track record of delivering excellent patient and client care.
  • Experience working effectively in a team, with strong clinical leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with nurse consults and Schedule 3 procedures to enhance practice efficiency.
  • A collaborative and supportive approach to team development and culture.
