Are you an experienced Veterinary Surgeon seeking a new and exciting opportunity in a thriving Independent Small Animal Practice based in the Kent/ East Sussex border area? If so, we have an amazing opportunity with an amazing Owner/ Clinical Director who has built a state-of-the-art practice and built a team of experienced Vets, RVN’s & support team. 

Due to phenomenal growth of the business are actively recruiting a Veterinary Surgeon with surgical bias towards soft tissue surgeries. 

Key Details: 

Salary: Up to £100,000, commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule: 4 days a week with the same day off each week.

Saturday Rota: 1 in 4 Saturday mornings

Out of Hours: No out-of-hours work required.

Consultation Time: 30-minute consults with dedicated time for clinical discussions.

Client Base: 67% insured clients among clients.

Working Bias: 50% consults and 50% surgical that is negotiable.

Specialisation: Surgical bias with an emphasis on excellent communication skills.

Support and Equipment: Access to the latest equipment and a supportive team.

Role Reason: Due to growth in business and increased demand.

Sponsorship: Visa Sponsorship available.

Requirements: 

·         RCVS Registered

·         Experience/ competent of soft tissue surgeries
