Lloyd & Cowan Veterinary Recruitment are delighted to be representing a standalone Purpose-Built Practice based in Wakefield who are actively recruiting a Small Animal Vet to join an expanding team due to the high clinical standards.
This practice offers a perfect blend of city life and countryside charm, with easy access to Leeds, the Yorkshire Dales, and the wider UK.
Responsibilities
Clinical Duties: Handle a variety of routine medical and surgical cases, with the capability to work sole charge when necessary.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with a supportive team, sharing responsibilities for Saturday mornings on a fair rota basis.
Practice Development: Utilise state-of-the-art equipment, including a corneal diamond burr, high-spec ultrasound, and equipment for both orthopaedic and complex soft tissue surgeries, as well as endosurgery equipment for laparoscopic procedures.
