Lloyd & Cowan are excited to be working with an expanding and well-established veterinary practice in Charlton, London, to appoint an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their growing team on a full-time basis with healthy work-life balance.
About the Practice: A large, friendly, and supportive team, consisting of 8 full-time vets, 8 RVNs, a student nurse, 5 veterinary care assistants, and 8 receptionists. They are proud of their collaborative working environment where knowledge is shared, and team members are supported in their professional development. Several team members are currently working towards certificates in surgery, ophthalmology, anaesthesia, and ECC.
Their recently refurbished and extended facility features 6 consultation rooms, dedicated cat and dog wards and dual operating theatre. Charlton is a convenient location well served by underground, train and bus routes and the practice also has free on site parking available.
Role Requirements:
Experienced Veterinary Surgeon
Confident with routine surgery and medicine
Comfortable taking some sole charge responsibility
All-rounder with strong clinical skills
The Rota:
4 day work week
1 in 6 weekend rota
No OOH's
