The Role
This permanent, full-time role involves working 40 hours per week over four days, with 1:3 Saturday mornings and no out-of-hours duties. Part-time applications are welcome, and flexible arrangements can be considered.

Located in the idyllic village of South Wootton, this practice boasts a dedicated support team, high clinical standards, and a loyal client base. Recently rebranded, the clinic offers a welcoming, modern workspace. South Wootton combines a tranquil village setting with easy access to Kings Lynn, Cambridge, and the beautiful Norfolk coast.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional clinical care during consultations and procedures.
Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication about patient care and treatment plans.
Prepare tailored, accurate care plans with clear cost estimates.
Mentor and develop the team, enhancing skills and collaboration.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, practice, and operational standards.
Share and implement clinical best practices within the team and broader network.
What We’re Looking For
RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon.
Strong clinical and client care skills.
Proven experience working as part of a cohesive team.
Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Commitment to driving clinical excellence and supporting nurse-led services.
Skilled in coaching and influencing to bring out the best in colleagues.
What’s on Offer
Salary £40,000 - £72,000 per year (DOE)
