About the Practice: This is a diverse team led by a passionate Practice Owner/Veterinary Surgeon with a commitment to team development and nurturing talent. The experienced RVNs, a skilled client care team, and support staff, create a welcoming and dynamic environment. The practice also serves as an approved training facility and supports new graduates in kick-starting their careers. The well equipped practice is based in Kidderminster, with it's bustling town centre and excellent transport links. Kidderminster is also just 20 miles South-West of Birmingham.
The Role:
Provide high-quality medical and surgical care to small animals, including exotics and small furries.
Conduct clinical examinations, diagnostic workups, and perform routine and complex surgeries.
Build strong relationships with clients, offering advice and follow-up care.
Work collaboratively with a diverse veterinary team and participate in knowledge sharing.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
No out-of-hours work required, and the practice ensures that appointments finish with enough time for everyone to leave on time.
Flexible working hours, with full and part-time positions available. Rota includes a minimum of 1:4 Saturday mornings.
What We’re Looking For:
RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
Strong clinical skills, with a preference for surgical expertise, though all experience levels will be considered, including new graduates
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Passion for delivering excellent patient care and client communication
Enthusiastic and proactive approach to veterinary care
