​Our client who we are thrilled to be working with have a fantastic opportunity that has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly and loyal team.

About them:

Their practice has a great client base who appreciate the personal service they provide. You will have a fantastic team of Vets, Nurses, Receptionists, and a Practice Manager around you for support.

This practice is known for having knowledgeable, friendly people to look after their very loved pets. They take extra pride in treating pets like their family. They still have traditional values but they are looking to continue on their exciting adventure improving and being the best they can possibly be in every aspect of the veterinary practice.

They are a well-equipped first-opinion small animal practice and have a large refurbishment coming up this year to redevelop the practice with a new ops theatre, prep room, x-ray etc meaning it is a very exciting time to be joining such a beautiful area and practice.

Working pattern:

Their rolling rota allows for a great work/life balance which they feel is essential to allow time to enjoy the best things about living in idyllic Cornwall. Their full-time position is based on a 4-day week and just 1 in 3 Saturday mornings along with no OOH.

Salary:

£50,000 - £70,000 per year

Benefits:

  • £1,500 CPD allowance with 3 daysCPD leave; extensive in-house CPD training.

  • VDS, RCVS and BVA fees paid.

  • Certificates encouraged and funded.

  • 5 weeksannual leave plus bank holidays

  • Relocation allowance should you move more than 50 miles from your current address.

  • They can support Certificates of Sponsorship for a Tier 2 (General) Visa
