Veterinary Surgeon (Exotics) – Up to £70k plus
A renowned Small Animal & Exotic practice is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Veterinary Surgeon specializing in Exotics to join the dynamic team in the Bourne area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual looking to make a significant impact in a popular practice with a strong commitment to both customer and patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
· Engage in a 4-day working week with shared weeknight on-call duties for in-patients only.
· Flexible position based on interests and experience, offering the option to focus solely on Exotics or a combination of Small Animals and Exotics.
· Utilise state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, including a dedicated Exotics premises with species-specific wards.
The Practice:
· Boasting excellent equipment and facilities, including a dedicated Exotics premises with species-specific wards, we routinely use capnography and ventilation for anesthesia, holding 5 "Outstanding" RCVS Practice Standards Awards.
· Overnight emergencies are handled by Vets Now, with inpatients receiving dedicated care during the week and, if necessary, transferred to Vets Now on Saturday evenings.
About the Team and Culture:
· Join the exceptional team consisting of 10 Vets, including ophthalmology and ECC certificate holders, 15 nurses, and 7 support staff.

Applicant Requirements:
· Certificate holder preferred, but candidates part-way through or with exotics experience wishing to start a certificate will be considered.
· Passion for providing an excellent level of customer and patient care.
