A unique opportunity has opened for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a dedicated team in Erith, South-East London. This role provides work-life balance, robust support for professional development, and the flexibility to follow your specific veterinary interests, with options for certifications, in-house training, and CPD.
What You’ll Do
This is a full time role with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (8:30 am to 12.30 pm), allowing ample time for personal pursuits. With 15-minute appointments and every fourth slot blocked for admin and catch-up, the schedule is designed to support smooth workflow and balanced days. Out-of-hours calls are handled externally, covering evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
The Team
The practice has an experienced team including 2.5 Vets, RVNs, a SVN, and a VCA, many of whom have trained and stayed with the practice over the years. Kennel assistants handle daily clean-up, and cleaners ensure the practice is refreshed and ready each morning.

This is a busy small animal practice, with a loyal client base and a team dedicated to knowledge-sharing and development. Located on the scenic River Thames, Erith offers both city access and nature escapes, with excellent transport links to central London, Kent, and a local ferry to Thamesmead.
