Position: Small Animal Vet
Location: Southport, Merseyside
Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE)
Facility: Bright, spacious, and air-conditioned surgery
Lloyd & Cowan is delighted to be representing a bright, spacious, and air-conditioned surgery based in Southport area that is recruiting a Small Animal Vet due to a growth in clients/ Pets as a result of exceptional service and increase in treatments offered.
The Practice:
· Purpose-built to industry-leading standards with state-of-the-art technology
· Locally managed with a focus on community needs
· Independent operation led by 2 local Vets
The Team:
· Supportive and enthusiastic team including 3 Vets, 3 Registered Veterinary Nurses, an experienced Practice Manager, and Reception Staff
The Candidate:
· Experienced Veterinary Surgeon with strong general surgical and medical skills
· Experience in emergency surgery
· Confidence in working sole charge when necessary
The rota/ hours:
· Full-time position (40 hours per week) with part-time hours considered
· No out-of-hours responsibilities
· Weekend rotation of 1 in 4
