A new practice, is looking for a dedicated vet to join its team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a purpose-built, high-quality veterinary clinic in the heart of Kidderminster.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon who is eager to develop their career while driving performance and delivering an outstanding client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-quality medical and surgical care to patients.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team to implement clinical standards and achieve business goals.
  • Build long-term client relationships with a friendly and empathetic approach.
  • Enjoy varied days, including consultations, in-patient care, and surgeries.
  • Contribute to a welcoming and inclusive environment for both clients and team members.

You’ll work alongside a Clinical Director and have access to the wider professional network for support and development opportunities.

About the Practice

The new 4,000 sq. ft. facility features:

  • Separate cat and dog waiting areas and wards.
  • Six consulting rooms.
  • A bereavement room.
  • Two theatres, a dental suite, and an imaging room.
  • A rest room for associates.

Conveniently located within walking distance of Kidderminster town centre, the practice is designed to provide a modern and welcoming space for pets and their owners.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualifications: Experienced Veterinary Surgeon with relevant registration.
  • Skills: Competence in general surgery and medicine, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Attributes: Friendly, empathetic, and committed to high standards of veterinary care.
