What We’re Looking For
- RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon.
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional patient and client care.
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with supporting nurse consults and Schedule 3 procedures.
- An ability to inspire and mentor colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality clinical care to patients, including consultations and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring clarity around patient updates and care plans.
- Collaborate closely with your team to enhance their skills and create a supportive workplace culture.
- Uphold regulatory, practice, and operational compliance to maintain professional excellence.
- Contribute to clinical handovers and manage patient transfers when necessary.
- Share and implement best practices within the practice and the wider veterinary community.
