  • Provide outstanding clinical care during consultations and surgical procedures.

  • Develop and oversee patient treatment plans and manage clinical handovers.

  • Lead by example, mentoring team members and contributing to an enriching work environment.

Candidate Profile:

  • RCVS-registered with a strong background in veterinary care.

  • Skilled in clinical leadership, patient care, and team collaboration.

  • Comfortable supporting nurse consultations and proficient in coaching colleagues.
