Lloyd & Cowan are working with a client offering an excellent opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their modern, well-equipped practice located in Gatley.
This 8-vet practice, supported by a strong team of RVN's, receptionists and dedicated admin team. The practice boasts state-of-the-art facilities including digital x-ray, in-house blood machines, a multiparameter anaesthetic monitoring machine, and separate wards and waiting areas for dogs and cats. Recently refurbished, the clinic has a bright, welcoming atmosphere filled with natural light and is silver-accredited as cat-friendly.
This is a full time position, working 39 hours per week over 4 days and fairly shared weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional clinical care and client communication.
Maintain the highest standards of compliance and care.
Create detailed treatment plans and cost estimates.
Support and mentor the team, promoting skill development.
Ensure effective clinical handovers and transfers as needed.
Share and promote clinical best practices within the wider community.
Qualifications and Experience:
RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon.
Strong clinical skills with a commitment to patient and client care.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Demonstrated leadership abilities.
Experience in fostering a positive and progressive clinical culture.
Experience of supporting nurse consults and schedule 3 procedures, with an understanding of how this contributes to clinic performance and efficiency.
