We are looking for a skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join a state-of-the-art veterinary hospital in Northamptonshire. About the Hospital: This new, purpose-built 24-hour hospital has been designed with veterinary professionals in mind and boasts cutting-edge facilities. Expect to work with advanced equipment such as CT scanners, digital X-ray machines, endoscopy and laparoscopy kits, ultrasound, sterile theatres, and piped gas. The hospital also features excellent welfare facilities for the team, ensuring a supportive work environment.
About the Practice: Established in the 1960s, the practice has expanded to include six large branch surgeries alongside the main 24-hour hospital, serving Northamptonshire and South Leicestershire. With a team of over 80 dedicated staff, this practice fosters a collaborative atmosphere where support is always available, especially from the experienced and highly supportive nursing team.
The Role:
Seeking a Veterinary Surgeon comfortable in a hospital setting and who has completed their VetGDP.
Flexible working options, with both full-time and part-time roles available.
No out-of-hours (OOH) duties, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
Salary: Competitive salary of £40,000 – £50,000 DOE (pro rata).
