A leading veterinary group in Cambridgeshire is seeking a dedicated and skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join their team. This is a full-time position working four 9-hour days per week, plus one in four weekends. Part-time hours and consulting-only positions can also be considered, offering flexibility to suit different preferences.
The role is varied, involving a mix of consultations and surgeries, with opportunities to work across a state-of-the-art hospital and five well-equipped branch clinics. The hospital, located in Huntingdon, features a dedicated night team and advanced facilities. One branch houses a purpose-built rehabilitation centre staffed by a physiotherapy team offering hydrotherapy, laser therapy, and other treatments.
The ideal candidate is a small animal vet comfortable working as part of a multi-vet team and in sole charge. You'll be joining a supportive team with certificate holders in medicine, surgery, cardiology, dermatology, and diagnostic imaging, and advanced practitioners in medicine and surgery. Professional development and certificates are actively supported.
