Qualifications:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree.
Active state Veterinary Board License in good standing by the start date.
Active DEA license or eligibility for DEA licensure.
Board Certified Specialist or Residency Trained Veterinarian.
