About the Practice:
This modern and welcoming practice offers comprehensive care to pets in Cedar Park, North Austin, Leander, and Georgetown. With a compassionate support team and a commitment to continuous learning, this practice focuses on providing the highest standard of care to its clients and patients. The practice operates Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM, ensuring a balanced schedule for its team.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the medical team to deliver exceptional veterinary care and ensure excellent client satisfaction.
Mentor and train veterinarians and support staff to maintain high standards of care.
Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and collaborate with other veterinarians and staff to provide outstanding service.
Contribute to the clinic’s culture of learning and development, supporting staff with ongoing training and career growth.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree.
Valid veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain one) in Texas.
Proven experience in veterinary practice, with leadership or management experience preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
