In partnership with the practice manager and leadership team, you will develop strategies to improve hospital performance, ensure exceptional patient and client care, and foster staff development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage medical cases, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and foster clear communication with clients.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree.
  • State Veterinary Board License in good standing for the state where the position is based.
  • Active DEA license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills.
  • Experience in small animal general practice with a focus on wellness, surgery, and diagnostics.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of care and continuous professional development.
