Experience & Skills Requirements:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree required

  • Must hold a current State Veterinary Board License in good standing for the state of employment, obtained prior to the start date

  • Active DEA license or eligibility for DEA licensure

About the Opportunity: A veterinary practice in Killeen, TX is seeking a dedicated and skilled Veterinarian to join their team. The practice provides comprehensive care for cats, dogs, small mammals, birds, and exotic pets, serving the Killeen, Ft. Cavazos, Harker Heights, and Copperas Cove communities. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and is centrally located in Texas, offering easy access to Austin, Waco, and a variety of outdoor activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality veterinary care and collaborate effectively with the veterinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes

  • Provide mentorship and support to veterinary staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth

Schedule:

  • Open Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
