A two-doctor veterinary hospital in Long Island is seeking a passionate Associate Veterinarian to join their close-knit team. Essential Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality veterinary care using the latest diagnostic advancements.
Foster strong client relationships and build a loyal client base.
Engage with the local community and promote the hospital's values.
Adhere to established policies and procedures for effective hospital operation.
Manage caseloads efficiently and maintain accurate records using SOAP templates.
Promote a collaborative team environment that values teamwork.
Prioritize and address traumatic injuries and serious illnesses promptly.
Educate clients on vaccinations, heartworm treatments, flea and tick prevention, and overall preventive care.
Requirements:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
State Veterinary Board License in good standing.
Compensation:
Base salary of $140,000 to $160,000 with Prosal options.
