Responsibilities
- Foster collaborative relationships with clients, colleagues, and support staff.
- Provide emergency triage and treatment for patients.
- Manage the ongoing care of hospitalized specialty patients.
- Maintain clear, accurate medical records and communicate with clients and the team effectively.
- Participate in morning rounds with specialists to collaborate on patient care.
- Support the hospital's Fear-Free philosophy and maintain a positive workplace culture.
