This role is ideal for a dynamic vet looking to establish and grow a team, shape the practice culture, and become the lead practitioner in a modern facility equipped with state-of-the-art tools and resources.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the establishment and operations of the new practice, setting a standard of excellence in patient care.
Recruit, develop, and lead a team of support staff to create a collaborative, client-centred environment.
Lead consultations, diagnostics, and a range of procedures, ensuring high-quality care with advanced, modern equipment.
Build strong client relationships, maintaining a professional, compassionate, and personalised approach to veterinary care.
Role Requirements
MRCVS-qualified Veterinary Surgeon with substantial experience.
Proven leadership skills with a passion for team building and professional development.
Strong clinical skills in both diagnostics and surgery, with a focus on delivering outstanding patient care.
