About the Role
This full-time role offers the perfect balance between clinical work and team leadership. As Senior RVN, you will play a key role in supporting a dedicated team of professionals, guiding and mentoring junior nurses, and ensuring that patient care is always at the forefront of the practice. You’ll work across all areas of the practice, from consulting and anaesthesia to inpatient care, and you’ll have the chance to actively contribute to the development and growth of the team.
In addition to clinical duties, you will take on a leadership role within the practice, supporting the ongoing development of the team and working alongside the practice’s vets to provide exceptional care. There will also be plenty of opportunity for professional growth, with access to training, development programs, and CPD opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of nurses, ensuring high clinical standards are maintained.
- Oversee patient care across all areas of the practice, including inpatient care, anaesthesia, and consultations.
- Act as a Clinical Coach for junior nurses, helping them develop and progress in their roles.
- Work alongside the veterinary team to ensure the smooth running of the practice and the delivery of excellent client care.
- Play a key part in implementing and maintaining practice standards.
About You:

You should be a great communicator, an effective leader, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
