Our client who we are thrilled to be working with is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their friendly small-animal clinic in South West London and become part of their dedicated team.
About the Role:
Core Duties: Surgery/medical nursing and occasional nurse consultations, alongside maintaining a clean and safe practice environment.
Flexibility: Full-time preferred, but flexible hours available. Option to join the weekend rota (1 Saturday a month, 9:00 am–1:30 pm), with extra pay or time in lieu.
Ideal Candidate: A UK Registered Veterinary Nurse, though we welcome qualified nurses aiming to sit their OSCEs. Minimum one year of paid work experience preferred; starting salary reflects experience.
About them:
They’re an independent small-animal practice with a hard-working yet friendly team of 3 vets, 2 RVNs (you’ll make it 3!), 1 SQP, and 3 VCAs.
What they Offer:
Competitive salary, starting at £30,000 FTE (higher for those with more than 1 year of experience).
20 days’ annual leave + bank holidays (pro-rata).
CPD allowance to support your professional growth.
A Typical Day:
One vet consults all day, while another balances consults and surgeries. You’ll work with 2 other RVNs, caring for surgical and medical patients, alongside support staff managing reception and administration.
