Our clients beloved practice manager is moving out of London in February 2025, and they’re seeking a motivated, experienced individual to take the reins and continue building on her fantastic work.

The Role:

This is a dynamic position combining leadership, organisation, and hands-on involvement in practice operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Rota management, stock control, and account management.

  • Organising staff meetings, one-to-ones, and CPD opportunities.

  • Health and safety oversight and customer service.

  • Creating social media content to showcase our practice.

  • Supporting staff day-to-day and assisting with clinical duties if RVN qualified.

Optional weekend rota (1 Saturday/month, 9:00 am–1:30 pm) with extra pay or time in lieu.

What they’re Looking For

  • Veterinary practice management experience (essential).

  • RVN qualification (preferred but not essential).

  • Super organised, proactive, and eager to take on new challenges.

Added Bonuses:

  • Emergency first aid, RPS, or clinical coach qualifications.

  • Experience with pet travel requirements

Accommodation Option:

Accommodation is available within the practice, including a private bedroom, lounge, bathroom, and kitchen (shared laundry with one nurse). All bills and council tax are included. On-call duties are required one week on/one week off, Monday–Friday, to check in-patients at 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm (minimal overnight care required).

What They Offer:

  • Salary: £35,000–£40,000 FTE (£30,000–£35,000 with accommodation)

  • 20 days’ annual leave + bank holidays (pro-rata).
