Our client is a long-standing veterinary practice with over 90 years of providing exceptional care to pets in the Kent and Sussex regions. They pride themselves on being a close-knit team that fosters a supportive and inclusive atmosphere. With a strong focus on patient welfare and emotional needs, they’ve achieved a Silver Accreditation from the International Society of Feline Medicine (ISFM). The practice is well-equipped to handle a wide range of treatments, from routine procedures to complex surgeries.


About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a full-time RVN to be part of a vibrant team in a practice that values high standards of care and professional development. The role will involve working with a team that excels in providing compassionate care and advanced nursing techniques, including fear-free handling and multi-modal pain management.

If you are already a Clinical Coach or are looking to become one, this is the ideal opportunity as the practice has a student about to start their third year. You’ll be supported by a fantastic team to develop your skills and make a real impact on both patients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care, including fear-free handling and chemical restraint.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional service to patients.
  • Help guide and mentor new students, supporting them through their training.

Working Pattern

  • Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 8.5-hour shifts between 8 AM and 7:30 PM.
  • Weekend: One in five Saturdays with a day off in lieu.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
