We’re recruiting for a Night Veterinary Surgeon to join a dynamic and well-supported practice on a 7 on/14 off rota in West Sussex.
The Role
Position: Night Veterinary Surgeon.
Schedule: 7 nights on, 14 nights off – perfect for maintaining work-life balance.
Compensation: £30,000 per annum plus benefits
Practice Highlights:
A dedicated 5-6 vet team, supported by experienced RVNs, SVNs, VCAs, and CCAs.
Facilities include: Fully equipped lab and two surgical theatres, digital and dental radiograph, multiparameter anaesthetic monitors, endoscopy, bronchoscopy, and CT.
Night support: Work alongside a skilled night RVN for optimal patient care.
What we're looking for:
Experience: Minimum 2 years in practice; OOH experience is highly desirable.
Confident in sole charge responsibilities during night shifts.
Strong communication skills for effective patient handovers.
A caring, calm demeanour to support clients in emergency situations.
