The Role
As an OOH RVN, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding overnight care for surgical and medical inpatients, focusing on gold-standard nursing practices.
- Evenings: Collaborate with ward vets and RVNs to create comprehensive overnight nursing plans.
- Throughout the night: Organise and execute plans alongside a dedicated Patient Care Assistant (PCA), ensuring every patient receives exceptional care.
- Mornings: Deliver detailed handovers to the day team, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
This role allows you to focus on patient care while working within a supportive, well-structured team environment.
