As a key leader at the hospital, the Medical Director will play a crucial role in shaping the direction and growth of the practice. By partnering with the practice manager and leadership team, this role will be instrumental in developing strategies, implementing improvements, and guiding the hospital towards excellence in patient and client care. The Medical Director will also focus on fostering an exceptional culture, maintaining high standards of care, and supporting the development of staff.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree required.
  • Active state veterinary license in good standing for Texas, or eligibility to obtain one.
  • DEA license or eligibility required.
