Located in the charming market town of Stafford, this small animal practice is dedicated to delivering affordable, high-quality veterinary care. The clinic is newly refurbished, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, and emphasises a welcoming, team-focused environment.
The Role
Position: Lead Veterinary Surgeon
Location: Stafford, UK
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm)
No weekends, out-of-hours, or bank holidays
Salary & Benefits
Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 DOE, with annual reviews
Bonuses: Loyalty bonus every 6 months and a quarterly bonus
Leave: 6 weeks annual leave, plus your birthday off
Professional Support: CPD allowance, RCVS and VDS fees covered, and future support for certification

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative veterinary professional who:
Thrives in a team environment
Has at least 2 years of veterinary experience
Is RCVS registered
Is eager to lead and grow with the practice
You’ll be supported by an experienced RVN, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional care to patients.
