We are working with a progressive, well-established veterinary practice in the South East of England, looking to appoint a Lead Clinical RVN. About the Role
This hands-on leadership position will see you working closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager and senior team, with a particular focus on refining protocols within the surgical theatre and anaesthesia processes. From enhancing patient safety checklists to introducing modern anaesthetic techniques, your contribution will help drive consistently high standards of care.
You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing your fellow nurses, helping them build their clinical skills and confidence while fostering a collaborative, supportive culture. In addition, you’ll be responsible for regular audits, identifying areas for improvement and working alongside the leadership team to implement practical, effective changes.
