Here at Lloyd & Cowan we are thrilled to be working with a practice who are seeking a Lead Night RVN to join their busy Night Team.

About them:
This is one of Europe's largest veterinary referral centres, offering advanced clinical care across multiple disciplines, including Anaesthesia, Cardiology, Surgery, Emergency Care, and more. Their expert team is committed to delivering exceptional care in state-of-the-art facilities.

About You:
You are an experienced RVN with excellent communication, strong clinical skills, and leadership experience. A calm, proactive approach is key.

The Role:
You’ll oversee night nursing operations while working hands-on with patients in their wards, including ICU, and triaging emergencies. Responsibilities also include managing PDRs, rota administration, and performance management.

This is a great opportunity to advance both your leadership and clinical skills. Full training is provided, and referral experience is not required.

Hours:

4 on 5 off shift pattern (12-hour shifts, 6:30pm - 6:30am)

Salary:

£33,000 - £37,000 DOE
