Here at Lloyd & Cowan we are pleased to be working with a practice who are seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their team for a 12-month maternity cover, with the possibility of extension.
Role:
This role offers a diverse caseload within a small, supportive team of vets and nurses. Responsibilities include inpatient care, surgical nursing, anaesthesia, nursing clinics, reception duties, and more. The role includes a 1 in 4 Saturday morning rota.
About them:
This is a modern, purpose-built first-opinion small animal practice that opened in 2014. They have a spacious reception with separate areas for dogs and cats, as well as dedicated wards, an imaging room, dental theatre, and surgical theatre. Located in West Oxfordshire, on the edge of the Cotswolds, they're close to Oxford with easy access to London.
Their team includes 2 full-time equivalent vets, 3.5 nurses, 1 student nurse, and a practice manager. They're a friendly, close-knit team who enjoy a positive working environment.
Applicant Requirements:
They're looking for an RVN with at least 2 years of experience to join their team.
Salary:
Up to £33,000 DOE
