Lloyd & Cowan have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head Small Animal Vet is sought to lead a dynamic team in a modern, purpose-built practice based in Ramsgate.
This role is perfect for a veterinary professional looking to manage a team while handling a diverse caseload. The Head Vet will play a crucial role in managing the practice's busy caseload, providing leadership and commercial direction, and participating in clinical development meetings to enhance the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a varied mixture of consultations and surgeries.
Providing support, leadership, and commercial direction to the clinical team.
Contributing to clinical development meetings to drive practice growth and improvement.
Developing personal veterinary interests alongside supporting the clinical team.
The Practice:
Located in the beautiful Kent region, this 100% small animal practice was established in 2022.
The practice is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including a full orthopedic kit. The location offers excellent amenities, including great walking routes, seafood restaurants, golf, diving, shopping, museums, arcades, and live music venues.
The practice serves a fantastic client base with a range of exciting cases, ensuring the highest standard of care for pets.
Work Schedule:
This position is primarily full-time, but flexible working or part-time hours can be arranged to suit the right candidate.

Salary & benefits package:
Salary of up to £75,000 per annum (DOE)
