Lloyd & Cowan have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head Small Animal Vet is sought to lead a dynamic team in a modern, purpose-built practice based in Ramsgate.

This role is perfect for a veterinary professional looking to manage a team while handling a diverse caseload. The Head Vet will play a crucial role in managing the practice's busy caseload, providing leadership and commercial direction, and participating in clinical development meetings to enhance the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a varied mixture of consultations and surgeries.

  • Providing support, leadership, and commercial direction to the clinical team.

  • Contributing to clinical development meetings to drive practice growth and improvement.

  • Developing personal veterinary interests alongside supporting the clinical team.
