​A high-quality veterinary hospital in Seattle is seeking a full-time veterinarian to help develop and lead a skilled medical team. This position focuses on delivering exceptional patient care while fostering a collaborative environment built on trust, teamwork, and accountability. The role reports to the Regional Manager and partners closely with the Hospital Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including comprehensive physical exams and diagnostics.

  • Clearly communicate medical findings, treatment plans, and recommended procedures to pet owners.

  • Perform surgeries with proper techniques and oversee diagnostic test results.

  • Maintain accurate, detailed medical records in accordance with AAHA standards.

  • Promote teamwork and assist staff with daily operations as needed.

  • Accurately estimate client invoices and communicate costs effectively.

  • Engage in continuing education and support staff training and development.

Qualifications:

  • DVM from an accredited college and a current State Veterinary License.

  • DEA registration is required.

  • Minimum of 5 years of veterinary practice experience.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to mentor and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.

Compensation:

  • Salary range: $130,000 - $160,000 USD, plus performance-based bonuses.
