Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a client service mindset to establish, build, and retain a robust client base.
Foster relationships within the local community and champion the objectives and values of the practice.
Adhere to established policies and procedures, efficiently handle caseloads, and maintain accurate records using SOAP templates.
Promote a collaborative working environment that values teamwork.
Prioritize traumatic injuries and serious illnesses to ensure timely care for all animals.
Educate clients on preventive care measures, including vaccinations, heartworm treatments, and flea and tick treatments.
Requirements:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
State Veterinary Board License in good standing.
Compensation:
Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $200,000 per year, plus production incentives.
