Exotics Veterinarian - Close to Toronto

​An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Exotics Veterinarian in Mississauga.

The position involves working in a modern facility equipped with state-of-the-art technology, handling a diverse range of cases that include birds, reptiles, small mammals, and other exotic species. The successful candidate will collaborate with a skilled team dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide medical, surgical, and preventive care for a variety of exotic animals.
• Conduct thorough examinations, diagnostics, and treatments using advanced equipment.
• Educate pet owners on the specific needs and care requirements of their exotic pets.
• Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to deliver comprehensive care.

Qualifications:
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree.
• Experience or special interest in exotic animal medicine.
• Valid Veterinary License in Ontario.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
