An established equine veterinary team in Central Kentucky is seeking experienced veterinarians with a strong interest in sport horse medicine. This role offers the opportunity to work with competition horses across various disciplines, providing primary care, emergency services, and advanced lameness diagnostics both on farms and at horse shows.
About the Role:
- Provide high-quality veterinary care for performance horses at farms, clinics, and competition venues.
- Horse show coverage required, including events at the Kentucky Horse Park and The World Equestrian Center in Wilmington, Ohio.
- Access to advanced diagnostics and therapies, including digital radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, MRI, PET scans, shockwave therapy, PRP, and regenerative medicine.
- Base salary commensurate with experience, plus production-based compensation of up to 30%.

Qualifications:
- DVM or equivalent degree with Kentucky veterinary licensure and accreditation.
- 1-2 years of experience in sport horse medicine preferred.
- Interest in hunter/jumper sport horse medicine and commitment to collaborative practice.
- Evening, weekend, and on-call availability required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage shared clientele effectively.
- Valid driver’s license.
