About the Role:
Position: Veterinary Equine Surgeon
Facility: The Pilchuck Veterinary Large Animal Referral Hospital
Type: Multi-species facility with a focus on large animals, including equine.
Services: General practice, 24-hour small animal emergency, integrative medicine, and extensive surgical capabilities (general, neurological, orthopedic, arthroscopic/laparoscopic).
Advanced Modalities: Digital X-Ray, Endoscopy, Ultrasound, MRI.
Additional: 24-hour nursing care, in-house laboratory.

Experience & Skills Requirements:
Degree: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent.
Licenses: State Veterinary Board License in good standing for Washington, and active DEA license or eligibility.
Specialization: Board Certified Veterinary Surgeon - Large Animal or Residency Trained Veterinarian.
Additional: Outdoor work required.
