Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and support staff.

  • Create and foster a learning environment for colleagues, support staff, and visiting veterinary students.

  • Triage and establish treatment plans for emergency patients.

  • Continue care for specialty patients who are hospitalized overnight and on weekends.

  • Maintain thorough and accurate medical records.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, support staff, and referral partners.

  • Participate in morning rounds to collaborate with specialists on patient care.

  • Support and contribute to a positive, Fear-Free work culture.
