Position: Clinical Director (Small Animal)
Location: Hawick, Roxburghshire
Hours: Full time (40 hours, 4-day week)
Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum (DOE)

Lloyd & Cowan Veterinary Recruitment are delighted to be representing an established modern Veterinary Practice based in Hawick, Roxburghshire who are actively recruiting a Clinical Director to lead, develop & inspire Veterinary Team.

The Practice
The practice is RCVS Practice Standards Scheme Accredited at Core standard and has received ISFM Gold and Bronze Investors in the Environment Sustainability awards.
The team comprises 8 Vets, Registered Veterinary Nurses who are all committed to continual improvement and high-quality care.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team, including a Practice Manager, Lead Vet, and Clinical Nursing Manager.
This role is integral to the clinical and commercial development of the practice, ensuring continued excellence in veterinary care.
Responsibilities include
Leading and managing the Senior Leadership Team
Driving clinical and commercial success
Empowering and developing the team through excellent organisation and communication
Balancing clinical and non-clinical duties
Salary & benefits
Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum (DOE)
